Anxiety Counseling Group
Have you ever felt trapped or restless? Do you find yourself being easily fatigued or irritable? Do these feelings disrupt your sleep or daily tasks? If you answered yes to any of these questions you may be experiencing anxiety. Anxiety is the anticipation of a future threat that can be manifested both cognitively and physically. If you would like to know more about anxiety or discuss your experience with others that struggle with the same thing, please come to the Anxiety Counseling Group on Mondays 2-4pm beginning on January 8th in the CARE Center. The group is open to women who are between the ages of 25-45. If you are interested in joining this group or if you have any further questions, please contact either Casey Coleman at email@example.com (407-937-1814 x1106) or Paige Markham firstname.lastname@example.org (407-937-1814 x1105). A brief phone screening is required to participate in the group.
